我是反對「類固醇用在治療乾癬」

外用類固醇是目前為止，最常用在治療乾癬的方法

類固醇可以降低局部的發炎
It can decrease inflammation,
抑制免疫反應，減少搔癢的感覺
Inhibit immune reaction, decrease itching.
對於許多皮膚疾病而言
To many skin disease,
搔癢、抓扒，是最大的惡化因子
Itching, scratching is the worse deterioration factor.

最忌諱的就是茹素
Do not be vegetarian. Please!
每次遇到茹素的患者
Each time I have a vegetarian patient,
我都很害怕
I feel scared.
因為茹素的患者在蛋白質的補充上很缺乏
Because it’s difficult of supplying protein for vegetarian.

In my experience,
動物性蛋白質對於乾癬患者在嚴重掉屑時的補充是最好的
Animal protein is better to psoriasis patient.
尤其以四條腿的最佳
The best is beef and pork.
其次是二條腿的
Two-leg animal is the second choice.
接著是沒有腿的
Then is the seafood.
再來才是植物性蛋白質
The last is vegetable protein.
茹素的患者即使每天豆漿當開水喝
Even drinking soil juice every day, protein supply is not enough far far away.
還是緩不濟急
常常會有四肢水腫很嚴重的情形發生
Extremities edema often occurs,
甚至腫到脹破皮膚，流湯流汁，

Even steroid withdrawal syndrome is terrible,
但是日本的學者早有研究
But researcher in JP found the answer at 2005.
在五週之內，對於腦下垂體與腎上腺素的影響會幾乎全消！
The influence of steroid to pituitary and adrenal gland disappears in the fifth wk.
